It won’t ordinarily be seen as the funnest game in the field of gaming, but keno has millions of dedicated admirers. Why wouldn’t it? Don’t lose this (potentially) valuable bit of paper! Even if the clerk remembers your loud shirt and wants help out, without a winning slip in hand, you will be given exactly $.00 for your winning card.

And there you have strategy numero uno: always be sure to keep your keno ticket. Let’s advance to something a bit more useful, yes?

Once you’ve selected your numbers, get yourself into a comfy keno booth and watch the action happen on the big keno monitor. That’s where the winning numbers are shown for all to see. If you marked winners, mark your card accordingly. Make sure not to move to slowly, or sit there praising yourself for an obnoxious length of time. You are required to get up to the keno stand to get your winnings, and a new keno game will most likely start within five minutes.

Strategy number 2: always be sure to get back to the keno stand on time!

Since you don’t trust yourself to make that 5 minute deadline every time, you always have the option of using a "multi-race" card. These include the self same set of your handpicked numbers on anywhere from two to 20 cards. When the max amount of games (fitting the number of tickets) is played out, you are then able to get off your lazy butt and go get your winnings.

Still another opportunity is known as a "stray and play" keno slip, which commonly lets you make number picks for thirty keno rounds or more. Heck, you can take vacation to Greece and not have to worry about getting back in time to retrieve your numbers. Most "stray and play" game cards are good for up to a whole year after it’s bought!

So now you are aware of a handful of required schemes for winning keno. If you are an advanced gambler, they might seem to be very obvious. However, it doesn’t hurt to bone up on the fundamentals, and if you are a novice keno player, every bit of information will help make your keno experience more exciting.
