It may not commonly be thought of as the most fun game in the universe of betting, but keno has millions of dedicated fans. And so it should! It’s a consistently thrilling lottery-like game that’s easy to master, readily available in several different formats, and one that can return millions of dollars for players who learn its uncounted subtle rules. Don’t drop this (potentially) valuable piece of paper! Even if the keno pit manager remembers you and wants help out, without a winning slip with you, you will win exactly $.00 for your winning card.

OK, so there you have strategy number one: always make sure to keep your keno receipt. Let us move on to something a bit more useful, shall we?

Once you’ve checked off your numbers, settle into a comfortable keno booth and watch the action unfold on the video monitor. That is where the winning numbers show up for all to see. If you have winning numbers, mark your card appropriately. Be sure not to drag your feet, or sit there congratulating yourself for an obnoxious length of time. You are required to get up to the keno booth to collect your winnings, since a new drawing will likely start up within five minutes.

Strategy number 2: always get back to the keno stand on time!

Since you don’t trust yourself to meet that 5 minute margin every time, you always retain the option of using a "multi-race" ticket. These include the same set of your chosen numbers on anywhere from two to twenty cards. When the max amount of keno games (matching the amount of tickets) is finished, you will then be able to get off your lazy back side and go collect your winnings.

Yet another alternative is known as a "stray and play" keno ticket, which usually lets you make number choices for 30 games or more. Hell, you can take a Swedish massage and not have to get uptight about getting back in time to collect your winnings. Most "stray and play" tickets are good for up to a whole year after you by it!

Still, it won’t hurt to brush up on the basic tactics, and if you are a newbie user, every little bit of direction will help make your keno betting more entertaining.
